Small bites to finish the year:
Brochetita of Octopus on Potato and paprika.
Shrimp on vermicelli on Tamarindo.
Zucchini stuffed with caviar cream of Oricios.
Avocado Foam with Cod.
Salmon wrapped in bread with mustard sauce.

Something warm:
Pumpkin Cream with and Boletus served with crispy garlic.

Something of the Sea:
Sole with Smoked Salmon and Crab cream with Wakame in tempura.

Something of the Earth:
Magret of Duck with red fruits, Chocolate sauce and Lentils.

A sweet new year:
Guirlache mousse and Chocolate with fruits rainbow (Figs, Mango and Passion fruit).

Price per person 50.00 euros.

Cokctail at "La Perla"

Yesterday, Thursday December 4 we've had the pleasure of offer the opening cocktail of the La Perla Canaria new store, opened at the Centro Comercial Oasis in Meloneras.
They've presented in Canary Islands the necklace "Reflections of the Guadalquivir" piece who won first prize in the design Joyacor.

Christmas 2008/09

Today December 1 we show our Christmas decoration.

New chairs for the living room, a path of umbrellas and glass bubbles in our terrace looking at our tree, red ribbons between palm trees.
